The Fornace Farm is a small family-owned farm with old rural traditions. Our parents bought the farm where they had been working for their whole life as metayers. We, that means, the son and his wife, continued to farm the land with help from our children.
Today we produce the wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG in small quantities, the red wine Montalcino D.O.C. and the Riserva di Brunello D.O.C.G in good years. We also distil grappa (Italian aqua-vitae). Apart from the wine, we are appreciated for our excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil. All products are produced with experience and care acquired by the farming and the passion from each generation.
